- OP-09 Emperors in the New World, released 13 December 2024
- 24 packs in the box
- 12 cards in each pack
- 127 card types, including 2 Secret Rares and 1 Treasure Rare
Luffy and Buggy among the Four Emperors
The headline idea is a new line-up of Emperors: Luffy and Buggy now stand alongside Shanks and Teach. Readers keeping up with the manga will know what a shift that is, and the anniversary cards mark it with more luxurious designs than usual.
ONE PIECE ODYSSEY joins the card game
Many cards themed on the ONE PIECE ODYSSEY role-playing game debut in this set, which makes the Emperors in the New World booster box a natural pick for anyone who played the RPG and wants to see it represented at the card table.
Set breakdown by rarity
Across 127 card types you’ll find 6 Leaders, 45 Commons, 30 Uncommons, 26 Rares, 10 Super Rares, 2 Secret Rares, 6 Special Cards, 1 Treasure Rare and 1 DON!! card. One box is a friendly entry point to that list for a player building a single Emperor deck, and a fun way to share the anniversary with friends.
Store your OP-09 Emperors in the New World display flat and out of the sun until it’s opened, and keep a few penny sleeves handy for the Secret Rares and the Treasure Rare should they turn up in your packs.
Going bigger? The OP-09 12-box case holds a dozen displays. The New Four Emperors also feature on the supply goods in the English 2nd Anniversary Set, if you’d like accessories to go with your cards. There’s more in our One Piece TCG range, the One Piece Odyssey guide unpacks the Odyssey cards in OP-09, and Bandai keeps rules on the official One Piece Card Game website.
