What comes in the collection
The Charizard ex Super-Premium Collection contains:
- 1 foil promo card featuring Charizard ex
- 2 foil cards featuring Charmander and Charmeleon
- 1 card-display figure featuring Charizard
- 10 Pokémon TCG booster packs from different expansions
- 1 code card for Pokémon TCG Live
The figure and the three foil cards are guaranteed in every box, so you know exactly what you are getting before the packs add their own surprises.
The Charizard display figure
The figure shows Charizard with translucent fire effects, and it is designed to hold a card. Stand the Charizard ex promo in it, or swap in another favourite from your binder whenever you like.
So the box earns a place on your desk or shelf, not just at the table where you open packs. Place it beside your sealed products or binders and it becomes the centrepiece of a Charizard corner.
Give it a light dusting with a soft brush now and then and it will keep looking sharp on display.
Plenty of fans buy Charizard ex Super Premium stock for the figure alone, then treat the packs and promos as a generous bonus.
Charmander to Charizard ex in foil
You get the whole evolution line in foil at once: Charmander, Charmeleon and Charizard ex. There is no need to hunt for the earlier stages separately.
Line them up on one binder page, or put Charizard ex on the figure and display the first two stages next to it. Either way, sleeve the foils first so their surfaces stay clean.
Collectors who track Charizard cards across many sets will appreciate having all three stages in matching foil from a single release.
For players, the line is also a fun way to try Charizard ex in a casual deck with friends.
Ten packs from different expansions
The ten booster packs are drawn from a mix of expansions, which keeps each one feeling fresh. A mix like that helps newer collectors find the sets they enjoy, and it stops the session feeling repetitive for experienced fans.
In effect it is a tasting plate: try several sets, then decide which one deserves a full booster box.
Once you know which era you enjoy, a full display such as the Super Burst Impact Booster Box lets you dig deeper into a single set.
Making the most of the opening
Open the packs one set at a time and keep each set’s cards together. That makes it easy to compare what you pulled, and to see which expansion you want to explore further.
