Fusion World – Raging Roar [FB03] Booster Box

Description

Black joined Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World in Raging Roar, and a simple way to try it is to buy FB03 Raging Roar Booster Box stock from TCG Overvault. The sealed box contains 24 packs from Fusion World’s third booster, with the price shown in Australian dollars.

Raging Roar released on 16 August 2024. Along with the new colour and its mechanisms, it brings numerous characters new to Fusion World and 22 parallel cards with different illustrations.

Inside the Raging Roar display

• 24 packs, each holding 12 cards
• Black introduced as a new deck colour, along with new mechanisms
• Numerous new characters
• 22 parallel cards with different illustrations
• A promo code to use in the digital version

With 288 cards in an FB03 booster box, you have a good base for a first black deck, plus duplicates to trade. The digital promotion code is a nice extra if you also play online.

Getting started with black

Black did not just add a colour; it came with mechanisms of its own. Cracking a whole FB03 booster box gives you a real sample of those cards, so you can judge how black feels in play before investing further.

FB04 Ultra Limit carries black forward too, so whatever you build now can keep growing with later sets. Starting with Raging Roar gives you the foundation.

If you already play another colour, the new characters in this set may still earn a place in your deck. Read each card as you sort and set aside anything that suits a list you run today, before you commit to building with black.

Sorting tips for a black deck

Pull every black card into its own pile as you open, then sort that pile by cost. You will see quickly whether you have enough to build a full list or need a few trades to fill the gaps.

Rarities and Alt-Art Reprints

Across 143 card types, Raging Roar includes:

• 5 Leaders
• 52 Commons, 39 Uncommons and 30 Rares
• 12 Super Rares
• 2 Secret Rares
• 3 Alt-Art Reprints

Those Alt-Art Reprints are part of the 22 parallels: well-used generic cards from Fusion World’s first two boosters, redrawn with new art. If you want your staple cards to look fresh, an FB03 booster box is a good place to find them.

Collectors can treat the parallels as a set within the set. Keeping all 22 together in a binder shows off the different illustrations and makes it easy to see which ones are still missing.

Who a single display suits

A single FB03 booster box suits someone building their first black list, a pair of friends dividing packs on a slow afternoon, or a collector filling the third slot in a Fusion World shelf.

If a Dragon Ball fan in your life has recently started Fusion World, it is an easy birthday gift. Keep the box flat and dry until it is opened so it looks good when it is unwrapped.

Protect your top pulls

Sleeve the Secret Rares, Super Rares and parallels as you find them. A few top loaders on the table make it easy to keep the best cards safe while you keep opening.
