Description
Store-themed boxes are some of the most personal Pokémon Center releases, and collectors can buy Hiroshima Pokémon Centre Box stock from TCG Overvault without leaving Australia. This factory-sealed special box comes from Japan’s Pokémon Center range and is built around the Hiroshima store.
The official name is the Hiroshima Pokémon Center Special Box. It is made by The Pokémon Company in Japan, it carries artwork inspired by the Hiroshima location, and its contents are in Japanese.

What the box contains
The supplier describes the contents in general terms rather than as an itemised list. Based on that description, the Hiroshima Pokémon Center Special Box includes:
- Exclusive promotional card(s)
- Booster packs
- Themed accessories and collectibles
The number of booster packs and the identity of the promo are not listed, so we do not state them here. What you can count on is a factory-sealed Japanese box with Hiroshima-themed presentation, which is the main draw for collectors of this series.
If an exact pack count matters to your purchase, compare this listing with the other store boxes in the range before you decide, since each one is described on its own page.
A box with a sense of place
Most retail Pokémon products look the same wherever they are sold. Store-themed Pokémon Center boxes are different: the artwork is tied to one particular shop, so the box itself tells you where it comes from.
That is the appeal of the Hiroshima edition. For anyone who has visited Hiroshima, or plans to one day, it works as a keepsake of the city as much as a card product. For everyone else, it is a striking piece of Japanese Pokémon Center merchandise for the shelf.
Pokémon Center exclusives like this are normally sold through the Pokémon Center stores in Japan, which is why collectors often rely on a trip or a friend overseas to get one. Here, you can simply add it to your cart.
Japanese contents and who they suit
Everything inside is in Japanese, so this is a box for collecting and display rather than English-language tournament play. That suits several kinds of buyer:
- Collectors of Pokémon Center merchandise
- Fans who follow store-themed and city-themed releases
- Anyone building a Japanese Pokémon collection
- Gift buyers shopping for a fan who loves Japan
If you mostly play English cards, consider it a showpiece. Many collectors who buy Hiroshima Pokémon Centre Box stock keep it sealed for exactly that reason.
Building a Pokémon Center store collection
Hiroshima is one of several Japanese store boxes in the range. The Fukuoka Pokémon Centre Box and the Tohoku Pokémon Centre Box each celebrate a different Pokémon Center location, and lining them up together makes an eye-catching row of city-themed boxes.
Displaying a sealed box
If you keep the Hiroshima Pokémon Center Special Box sealed, store it upright on a shelf out of direct sunlight, in a room that stays cool and dry. A clear acrylic case adds protection from dust and knocks without hiding the artwork.
If you open it, sleeve the promo card or cards first, then put the booster packs aside for a separate opening session so the themed collectibles do not get lost among the cards.
