Description
Collectors following the Japanese Scarlet & Violet releases can buy Mask of Change SV6 Booster Box stock from TCG Overvault, with the price shown in Australian dollars. This sealed Japanese display holds 30 packs from the set released on 26 April 2024.
One Mask of Change booster box holds 150 cards, so a single display does a lot of the work of completing the set and should still leave spares for trading with friends.

Mask of Change at a glance
- Set: Mask of Change, code SV6
- Language: Japanese
- Release date: 26 April 2024
- Box contents: 30 booster packs
- Pack contents: 5 cards each, 150 cards per box
The five-card Japanese format keeps each pack quick to open, and thirty of them give you a long session with plenty of reveals. Every pack in the display comes from the one set, so keeping track of your progress is simple.
If you are new to Japanese boxes, the main difference from English product is the smaller pack size. You open more packs, each with fewer cards, which many collectors find more enjoyable.
Where Mask of Change sits in 2024
If you sort your Japanese shelf by release date, Mask of Change fits cleanly into the 2024 sequence. Night Wanderer (sv6a) arrived on 7 June 2024, while Cyber Judge (SV5M) was released earlier, on 26 January 2024.
That puts SV6 between those two sets on a chronological shelf. If you already own the boxes on either side, a Mask of Change booster box closes the gap.
Going further back in the series? The Scarlet ex SV1S Booster Box is an earlier Japanese Scarlet & Violet display that started the run.
Opening the box with friends
Thirty packs split evenly between two, three, five or six people, which makes this box an easy choice for a group opening. Take turns revealing cards so everyone sees the best pulls.
Agree on trading rules before the first wrapper is torn. Deciding upfront whether pulls stay with the opener or go into a shared pool avoids awkward moments later.
One box can easily fill an afternoon at the table, with a binder or two open for swapping as the cards come out.
Caring for your pulls
Once your Japanese Mask of Change packs are open, move the standout cards into sleeves and top loaders. File the rest in a binder by card number so gaps are easy to spot.
A sturdy storage box keeps bulk cards tidy between trading sessions. If you are keeping the display sealed instead, store it flat and out of direct sunlight.
Building the binder
Leave space on each binder page for the cards you have not pulled yet. Writing the missing numbers on a sticky note at the front makes it easy to see which singles to look for or ask friends about.
