What the Temporal Forces SV05 booster box holds
- 36 Temporal Forces booster packs
- 10 cards and 1 Basic Energy in each pack
It is a packs-only product. That makes the Temporal Forces SV05 booster box a strong fit for collectors chasing the set and for players who want several copies of its Trainers and Pokémon ex.
Released on 22 March 2024, Scarlet & Violet—Temporal Forces (SV05) totals 218 cards. Of those, 56 are secret rares and the remaining 162 make up the main set.
The return of ACE SPEC
Temporal Forces brought ACE SPEC cards back into the game, with six Trainers and one Special Energy. Only one ACE SPEC card is allowed in a deck, so picking the right one is a central deck-building choice.
A full box gives you a shot at all seven. For competitive players, pulling several options means you can test different builds before committing, then swap spares with friends who run other strategies.
Players who buy Temporal Forces Booster Box stock for ACE SPEC cards often find a full display the most efficient way to see the whole group.
Ancient and Future Pokémon ex
Two camps divide the headline Pokémon ex. Raging Bolt ex and Walking Wake ex represent the Ancient side, and the Future is carried by Iron Crown ex and Iron Leaves ex.
Two Tera Pokémon ex join them: Tera Farigiraf ex and Tera Wugtrio ex.
Rarities across the set
According to the official list, there are 6 gold hyper rares, 10 special illustration rares, 22 illustration rares, plus 13 Pokémon ex and 2 Tera Pokémon ex. A single Temporal Forces SV05 booster box gives you plenty to hunt for.
Sorting while you open
Sort into three piles while you open: Pokémon ex, ACE SPEC cards, and anything at illustration rare level or higher. Put the top pulls into sleeves straight away. Since there are 56 secret rares, compare every card number with the 162-card main set to keep special cards out of the bulk pile.
Opening with friends? Agree on who keeps or trades any ACE SPEC pulls before the first pack is torn.
Who it suits and how it compares
This box rewards collectors after illustration rares, players looking for ACE SPEC cards, and anyone who loves Iron Leaves ex or Walking Wake ex. Shopping for a younger fan just starting out? A booster box holds packs only, so pick up sleeves and a deck box as well.
Of the recent Scarlet & Violet sets, the return of ACE SPEC makes Temporal Forces a strong pick for players. Fans of the Paldean starters should look at Paldea Evolved, while the Stellar Crown Elite Trainer Box brings three further ACE SPEC Trainers.
Need more than one box? The Temporal Forces Sealed Case holds six.
