Description
Gather your drafters and buy Dragonstorm Play Booster Box product from TCG Overvault: the sealed Magic: The Gathering Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Booster Display, thirty packs priced in Australian dollars and shipped Australia-wide.

The 14-card pack structure
Every one of the 30 boosters is built the same way:
- 1 to 4 cards at Rare or higher
- 3 to 5 Uncommons
- 6 to 9 Commons
- 1 Land, which is sometimes upgraded to a Traditional Foil Land
- 1 Traditional Foil of any rarity
Across the box that is 420 cards, including at least thirty at Rare or higher and a foil in every pack. It is plenty of material for drafting, sealed play or filling a Tarkir binder.
Foil Borderless Mythic Planeswalkers
Every so often a pack holds a Foil Borderless Mythic Planeswalker. These are very rare, so if one appears, treat it as a highlight of the night and give it a sleeve and top loader straight away.
Drafting the three-colour clans
Tarkir: Dragonstorm takes players back to Tarkir, a plane now ravaged by dragonstorms. Its five clans fight with new Spirit Dragons at their side, and the set rewards players who commit to a three-colour clan.
That turns each draft into a puzzle. You need to read which clans are open as packs pass around the table, then decide when to lock in. Wizards of the Coast balanced these Play Boosters with exactly that kind of Limited play in mind.
Making 30 packs go further
A standard eight-player draft uses three packs per person, which takes 24 boosters from the Dragonstorm Play Booster Display. That leaves six packs to hand out as prizes or to open at the end of the night.
Smaller groups can run a sealed event instead, giving each player a stack of packs to build from. If you are collecting on your own, the box gives you a constant stream of rares and foils to file away by clan or colour.
Hosting tips
Set out basic lands for deck building, agree on the number of rounds before you start and keep a pen handy for tracking results. A simple prize system, such as a spare pack for each match win, keeps the evening competitive and fun.
Great for clubs and casual groups
Regular playgroups looking for a new draft, friends who meet once a month for Magic and anyone who simply loves cracking packs will all get a lot from a box this size.
Commander players benefit too. If you buy Dragonstorm Play Booster Box stock, you get a wide spread of three-colour cards to look through for your favourite clan’s deck.
Looking to rotate in a different set? The Edge of Eternities Booster Box is another 30-pack display, this time with a science fiction theme. If you would rather chase foils, the Aetherdrift Collector Booster Box focuses on premium Collector Boosters instead.
