What we can help with
Our team are collectors too, so no question about sealed product is too small. Customers usually contact us about:
- Products. What is inside a box, which set it belongs to, its language or whether it is a Pokémon Center edition.
- Choosing a gift. Which booster box, Elite Trainer Box or collection suits the person you are buying for.
- Orders. Questions about an order you have placed, or anything you would like to check before it ships.
- Your account. Signing in, your saved details and your order history.
- Feedback. Ideas for products we should stock, or how we can make the shop better.
Before you contact us
A few details help us answer you in one reply instead of several:
- Include your order number if your question is about an order. You will find it in your order confirmation email.
- Name or link the product you are asking about, for example the Ascended Heroes ETB.
- Tell us the language or edition you are after, such as English, Japanese or a Pokémon Center release.
- If your question is about the condition of a box, email us photos so we can see what you see.

Questions about an order
If you created an account at checkout, you can see your orders and their details under My account. For anything else about an order, contact us with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will look into it for you.
Questions about a product
Every product page lists what is in the box, the set it belongs to and the cards worth chasing. If something still is not clear, contact us before you buy and we will help you pick the right product.

Fill in the contact form on this page, or email sales@tcgovervault.com.au. You only need your name, email address and message. A phone number is optional.
Do I need an account to send a message?
No. Anyone can send us a message, whether or not you have shopped with us before.
Can I ask about a product before I buy it?
Yes, and we encourage it. Contact us with the product name and your question, and we will reply by email.
What happens to my details?
We use your name, email address and phone number only to reply to your message.
Where can I find official card lists and rules?
For official set lists and game rules, visit the official Pokémon TCG website or the One Piece Card Game site. For anything about your order or our products, contact us whenever you like.
