What’s inside the Champion’s Path Elite Trainer Box
- 10 Champion’s Path booster packs, each with 10 cards and 1 basic Energy
- 1 full-art promo card featuring Charizard V
- 65 card sleeves featuring Gigantamax Charizard
- 45 Energy cards
- A player’s guide to the expansion
- A Pokémon TCG rulebook
- 6 damage-counter dice
- 1 competition-legal coin-flip die
- 2 acrylic condition markers
- A collector’s box with 4 dividers
- A code card for Pokémon TCG Online
Ten packs of ten cards give you 100 cards from the set, with a basic Energy tucked into every pack on top. Every component has a place in the collector’s box, so nothing goes missing between sessions.
Charizard V promo and Gigantamax sleeves
Charizard runs through the whole Champion’s Path Elite Trainer Box. The promo is a full-art Charizard V, and all 65 sleeves show Gigantamax Charizard, so a deck sleeved from this box matches its headline card.
Protect the promo first: a soft sleeve plus a top loader keeps a full-art card safe while the rest of the box is opened. It then makes a strong centrepiece for a Charizard page in your binder.
Galar’s Trainers and Pokémon V
Champion’s Path is set in the Galar region and features the Trainers Bede and Marnie. Venusaur, Lucario and Incineroar appear as Pokémon V.
Gigantamax Drednaw VMAX and Alcremie VMAX add Gigantamax style to the line-up. Fans of the Galar games will recognise most of the faces, from Bede and Marnie through to the Gigantamax forms.
Cards to look for
Watch for the Venusaur, Lucario and Incineroar Pokémon V as you open, along with the two Gigantamax VMAX cards. Sorting them into their own pile as they appear makes the final binder layout much quicker.
A friendly box for new and returning players
Learning the game? You get two printed helpers: the Pokémon TCG rulebook for the basics and a player’s guide for the expansion. Add the 45 Energy cards, the damage-counter dice and the acrylic condition markers, and you can sit down for a first match without buying anything else.
Collectors coming back to the hobby might pick up the Champion’s Path Elite Trainer Box for the Charizard V alone, then use the four-divider collector’s box to keep their Galar cards in order.
About the code card
One detail worth knowing: the included code card was made for Pokémon TCG Online, the older digital client, rather than Pokémon TCG Live. The physical contents are unaffected, so the packs, promo and accessories are all here as listed.
Who it suits
It makes a good present for a young Charizard fan, a Galar enthusiast or a family looking for a first box to learn with together. Older fans who played through the Galar games may enjoy it as a reminder of that adventure.
