Ready to buy Riftbound Viktor Signature Card for a Mind and Order collection? TCG Overvault has Viktor – Herald of the Arcane in its Alternate Art signature printing, numbered 308*/298 from Riftbound Origins.
The Viktor Signature Card is a single card, not a pack or box. The asterisk after the number marks it as the signature version of Viktor’s Legend, and the price is shown in Australian dollars.

Card details at a glance
- Champion: Viktor
- Card title: Herald of the Arcane
- Type: Legend
- Domains: Mind and Order
- Printing: Alternate Art, signature version
- Card number: 308*/298
- Set: Riftbound Origins
Every line on that list matters to a collector, but the number is the one to check first. The asterisk on 308* is what separates this Viktor Signature Card from other printings of the same Legend.
What Herald of the Arcane does in play
Viktor’s Legend turns spare resources into extra units. Pay 1 and exhaust the card, and you put a Recruit unit token with 1 Might into play.
On its own a 1 Might Recruit is modest. Make one turn after turn, however, and a Mind and Order deck gains a growing crowd of units to move onto battlefields and keep them there, which is where Riftbound points come from.
Building around Recruit tokens
As a Legend, this Viktor can lead a deck. Plan to keep a spare resource each turn so the ability is always available, and favour cards that make a group of small units more useful together.
Reading the board
Recruits work best when you send them where they are needed. Use them to contest a battlefield your opponent has left thin, or to reinforce one you already hold, rather than throwing them into fights they cannot win.
Why the 308*/298 signature version stands out
Riftbound Origins has 298 cards in its main run, so a card numbered 308 already sits beyond the base checklist. The asterisk then confirms this Viktor Signature Card as the signature version of his Herald Legend.
It suits a dedicated Viktor binder, a Zaun-themed display shelf or a complete run of Origins Legends, and it gives a Mind and Order collection a clear centrepiece.
This printing suits Viktor fans, Origins completionists and Mind and Order players who want their Legend to look as special as it plays.
Care and display
Many collectors prefer to keep an asterisked card like this out of regular play. If you display it, use a snug inner sleeve and a magnetic holder to protect the surface from scuffs and fingerprints, and keep it out of direct sunlight.
Riftbound cards that pair with Viktor
Token strategies have a few natural partners in Riftbound:
- Soraka – Wanderer (signature version): an Order Champion Unit that saves smaller allies from dying, a good match for a crowd of 1 Might Recruits
- Azir – Emperor of the Sands: a Calm and Order Legend from Spiritforged that makes 2 Might Sand Soldiers on turns you play an Equipment
- Prodigal Explorer: an Ezreal-tagged Legend worth comparing if you play Mind
Collectors building a run of signature singles alongside the Viktor Signature Card can also look at the Yone signature card.
