Those stats tell you plenty, but his two abilities are what make the Yone Signature Card worth building around, both on the table and in a collection.
WEAPONMASTER and the conquer strike
WEAPONMASTER
Yone carries WEAPONMASTER: as he is played, you may attach one of your Equipment to him for less than its usual cost, so he hits the board already armed.
Striking into the base
Conquering an open battlefield sets off his second ability, and Yone then hits an enemy unit in a base for damage equal to his Might. Starting at 5 Might, that is already a heavy blow, and any boost to his Might increases the damage too.
Removing a unit while it is still sitting in its base stops a threat before it can reach a battlefield, so opponents have to plan around Yone.
Growing the hit
Because the damage scales with Might, any effect that raises his Might does double duty: it strengthens Yone in a fight and adds to the damage he deals to a unit waiting in a base.
Playing Yone in a Body Equipment deck
Body decks that run Equipment get value from the Yone Signature Card twice over: a discounted attachment as soon as he lands, and then a reason to send him onto an open battlefield to set off the strike.
Choosing your battlefield
Look for open battlefields Yone can conquer while a valuable enemy unit is still sitting back in its base. Timing it that way turns one conquer into both a won battlefield and a removed threat.
Pairing with other Legends
Equipment builds work well with Azir – Emperor of the Sands too. That Calm and Order Legend has Sand Soldiers carrying the same WEAPONMASTER keyword. For Body players, Fiora – Grand Duelist is a Legend centred on MIGHTY units, a mark Yone already reaches when he arrives with 5 Might.
Collecting the 233*/221 Showcase signature
Spiritforged has 221 cards, so number 233 already sits past the base count. The asterisk then marks this copy as the Yone Signature Card, paired with Showcase artwork.
For Ionia collectors and dedicated Yone players, that combination makes a natural headline for a Spiritforged display. It also prints his full rules text, so the card works in a deck just as well as it does in a frame.
Keeping the card in top shape
A Showcase signature deserves careful handling. Store it in a penny sleeve inside a top loader, or in a magnetic holder for display, and keep it flat and away from heat.
